I do not think Marc has it wrong. Orbite is also building a mini SGA plant. Although it is not written anywhere I am assuming that some or all of the feed for the HPA will come from the mini SGA plant. This should increase the throughput somewhat from the initial design.

 It is obvious that Orbite really does not know how much they will produce next year; I believe Marc has to be conservative with his comments.   From his comments; the plant after it is fully commissioned should be making 2000TPY at $45000/ton. This gives a minimum of 90 million dollars a year revenue for this plant.  

Be patient and do you own DD. This is only my opinion.
