No news release.  Completely buried.  A long time director quits and they don't announce it.

Isn't that strange? 

Why did their director quit after being with the company from the beginning?  Hint, directors quit to avoid liability for unpaid salaries.

This company is still bleeding huge money every day.  Their customers are laughing their way to the bank as every sale is subsidized by losses supported by shareholders.  They raised enough to last a few more months, but then what.  With nearly $7 million in debenture and AP owing, who is going to give them money to pay interest on the old bond holders?

Only a sucker would invest right now.
