Dear Board,

We seem to be awfully quiet today considering the news that came out regarding a peer company such as Ucore.  This is the type of news that should be encouraging in our world of REEs.  Yes I realize we are in Central Asia and there have been some hicups, but what I can draw a few positives or alikes to our situatuation with Stans.

1. Capex 200-250 range confirmed to be extremely low. (same as us)

2. Awareness of the REE market.

3. Association with other companies that Byron King has followed prove to be the real thing.

4. We have a similiar story, but with much more upside considering, Logistics, seperation facility and processing, the metalurgical expertise, and most of all more in the ground.
