Midas- Are you insinuating that the offer price was around $20/share?  This seems like a fair offer given current the current situation in Argentina and current cutting of capital expenditures by majors.  Why would Ross and company give away 2.5 million shares in the company for $9.50 if they had an offer like that?  Doesn't make a lot of sense to me at all unless this company is going to either buy them or aid in the process.  Remember, were trading 9 bucks....100% take out premiums are not all that common.
