If they have the demand for a second HPA plant because of the demand for high purity alumina.  They should get at least 1/3 more from the NS property with the same cost structure.  It appears the grade for the alumina is at least that much higher.  Just think how quickly that extra hpa would pay for the plant before you complain about the price paid for the N.S. property.
