Do we really want a buyback of shares when we have a dwindling cash reserve? And when we know that such a thing would do absolutely nothing to boost the share price?

   Monies would be better spent on keeping things on the ground rolling ahead a while longer. What if these soft commitments become nothing!!! A whole lotta cra pp has happened in the world since these soft commitments were announced. The financing will be dependant on several parties coming to agreement. One party backing out might completely unravell any deal. This is speculation but I think it must be a consideration of management.
