needs to be compliant by Oct. 28th on their Red Hill drilling or default. Red Hill is probably MAD's best prospect and they shold have no problem finding another partner there if need be. NuLegacy recently did an offering I believe to do more drilling on Red Hill for Barrick. Maybe there will be funds there to comply with their Miranda program. We should hear one way or the other by the end o this week.
