SGA plants

With the pending SGA plants and the resulting scandium that will be produced. Is there any chance that the developments of those 10 plants could happen in quick order if the scandium is in sufficient quantities to some how tie in the alumina and scandium as a combo product. There might be a lot of aluminum on the market but very little with a supply of scandium to go with the order. Perhaps Orbite separates itself from the competition with this type of marketing. Not an expert on this but seems to me our alumina would be more valuable this way if it came with the scandium. I remember reading here that there is downward pressure on the price of aluminum right now and if the reprocessing of red mud along with bauxite and these new clays brings too much product too market that might affect how quickly Orbite is able to build the SGA plants....Crazy?.
