Right on Kato! I have worked closely with lawyers and accountants throughout my career and I have never seen such a blatant and predatory move that they can ostensibly do legally.
To fess up, I got stung by SBS. Our (other retail investors and me) research since has uncovered some interesting facts that I'd dearly love to share here, but obviously can't at this time.
It is time that we fight back. Poor management is one thing; but the trending acceptance and related cases of scum bag psychpaths in charge of listed companies who care little about anyone, must be exposed so we can be better prepared to fight it.
