Your post is nonsensical rhetoric. Your ability to converse around an issue instead of to an issue makes me suspect you work in politics!

You don't like that the CEO holds down multiple roles within CZN nor that he is involved in other companies. What credible objective points can you provide that this is negatively impacting CZN and its shareholders.

A junior company does not have day to day production, administrative or selling demands. Going through an undefined approval process that has taken years probably leaves a junior CEO with a lot of time. Also paying for one person to fill multiple roles is probably more economic than paying for individuals to fill each role so I feel you are contradicting your own rational about excessive salaries.
