Share count will be slightly below 1 billion shares after financing has closed with further reduction in That's a bummer. 235 million market cap at only 23.5 cent per share, 180 million debt - ouch. It seems like my guesses were even to optimistic. Given economics of Maracas would justify a valuation for Largo between 200 and 500 million. Now at this depressed share price of 23 cent valuation including debt is already above 400 million.
I'm not wondering that nobody is talking about price targets of 1, 2 or more dollars any more. LGO ever seeing 40s or 50s again should appear as a wonder.
Good luck to all.
P.S. Noone with more than 200000 shares will be able to sell his position at above 20 cents, so don't ask why even the enlightened don't sell. We simply can't.
