Gross Margins......

Potash selling price of $430/tonne and an Opex of $98/tonne.......provides one of the highest "gross margins" I have seen in any mining operation.

Management stated earlier that we could expect a lower CAPEX with a slightly higher OPEX, due to infrastructure being completed and paid for by the State.......and they were correct. And I agree Sadome......rail will substantially lower OPEX for all future production.

The FS really looks good. :)
