I see this approach taken by many, Guido, RMezzie, myself too have done it to some extent... I just want to remind everyone this is a very dangerous practice and I vowed to never do it again. Lookup "martingale" to see this approach in gambling. Psychologically it's sourced in our innate greed coupled with the "holding bias". It is opposed to all the good money management principles. Money management in trading is more important than anything, even than the Entry/Exit picking rules. You can even make a slightly bad system viable through correct money management. It is what separates trading from gambling and it's the nirvana (or should be) of any trader. In laymen's terms could be called "cool head".
