The Debentures are secured against the assets of the Company and rank pari passu with certain other debentures issuable by the Company

12 cent deal and pumped to 20 cents before closing....where is irroc they should find out if any on those 20 million shares trades through various account holders took part in the debt deal just closed shortly after the pump and dump....

maybe we should sue irroc for not doing their job
