Stink bids

A few days ago Aurizon Mines (ARZ.TO) had a stink bid made against it by Alamo. Conveniently, the price was driven down from 4.50 in last 3 months. Conveniently, the offer for the company is around 4.50. Alamo purchased 16% of the shares 3 days before it announced the bid. Veris Gold was heading in that direction I suspect until the poison pill. Hopefully the takeover attempt fail. I don't have any shares in the company btw.
