The stock price gets to a certain level and slowly erodes over several days with modest vol. Then on both sides of border really small orders jump the price back up to the mid2.30 range. That tells me there is not much stock available to buy.

Given the CDE deal paid $1.39 per share, and given that Virginia resource report is due, at some point we head to higher share price.
