.6. Resolutions passed unanimously:
(a) Reject the material received for acquisition of new equity,
(b) approve the granting by the subsidiary HRT Africa, bank guarantee in favor of
Manica Group Namibia (PTY) LTD,
(c) authorize the Elias Wagner Peres adviser to conduct negotiations for the
farm down of assets in Namibia, and
(d) Consign the documents that support the above resolutions approved were
examined by counselors, certified by the board and will be filed at the headquarters of
the Company.
