With Vulcan you get a company with a CASH VALUE of over .07 per share on a "fully diluted" basis.

 

You also get a couple of current JV's, and a gross royalty of 2% on a possibly profitable oil property.

 

You also get THESE people putting $4.5 million dollars to work in finding an "opportunity" when opportunities are looking pretty discounted in a pretty lousy market:
