Margret - manipulation is not limited to interest rates. It goes as far as you can imagine. The fed has its hand in manipulating the entire market from the “Dow” to the “Hang”.

MTO - We may need to wait a “little” longer to hear from the board on the minutes. Wait… how long did it take to report from the last AGM?  I have a feeling that some management changes “will” be forthcoming. In the end, this year’s chart can’t look any worse – short of you know what! If they manage to reduce production costs and maintain and/or increase production… let’s see if next year brings a favourable reversal in trend.
