This is old news I know but I nearly puked when I read his statement:

"I am so proud of what we have accomplished as a Company during my tenure and I am confident in the Company's future...."

Accomplished?!!  Wot The Phoque did he accomplish?!!    One thing I know for sure he accomplished  was destroying the share price during his tenure .   Geezus H , where did I put my bucket?
