Stock options were granted on 21/01/2010 , 19/05/2010 , 13/08/2010 , 30/11/2011 and now on 11/12/2012.

Check out the stock price after 13/08/2010 and 30/11/2011. Stocks rose to all time highs after granting stock options. This is a decision made by the management. If they don't know when to do this who does??
