For what it's worth, there are rumours on other BBs that WCP is the mysterious third party that made an offer for Spartan Oil this morning. It's apparently an all cash deal so I'm not sure how WCP could afford such a purchase and at the same time convert to a dividend paying entity. Whoever the purchaser is, they will also have to pay a $12.5 million breakup fee to PRY. GLTA
