Heavily invented in the bureaucracy of the U.S, Military in terms of sweat and strategic hard work, It seems that there will in fact be a tipping point.  More and larger sales to come. Something that will finally point the indicator needles in the right direction without doubt. The horse traders are always at work trying to spin it the other way. Perhaps they were invested like they world have on a horse race but too leveraged. And are a little angry that there isn't an immediate race in time for them to win their money back. They are frustrated. That seems to be the mentality of some.

But reality is another thing. It's definitely completely independent of what's going on in the posits of this board.
