Ross Beaty directly owns about 23.7% of Lumina's outstanding shares, and controls a further 3.3% through Lumina Capital Limited Partnership, according to SEDI data (via INK Research). That adds up to 27% of outstanding shares.

So it appears the corporate presentation is wrong, even if you just include Beaty's direct shareholding.
