I've never seen such an out-size increase in private placement (PP) shares before. Looks like some moose pastures have turned into gold. Most juniors could only finalize PP's in tranches only, and have to work hard at completing the final funding. I presume MAD shopped around for risk takers for its deal who all wanted bigger participation.

I can accept the Company turning its operandi upside down if whatever happens will reward shareholders.
