The Tahltan's are no slouches when it comes to resource development politics.  BC is a basketcase given that there are no Treaties, meaning no underlying goal-posts.  Manipulative third party hijinks notwithstanding, it'd be foolish to brush off or ignore First Nations concerns.  They might not prevent a permit, but they can sure as hell prevent a financing, and they know it.

Watching this one closely.
