Why We Need a PFS

Some of this odd speculation is because of the knowledge vacuum created by a lack of info from the company.  If we are ahead of the competition, then there should be more evidence of that fact.  I think it requires a pretty big leap of faith to believe that the PFS is incredibly good, but requires all this "tweeking" to be able to release it.  Stans, please release it soon.... before we all go nuts (and maybe sell our shares). Sending our ore to someone else makes no sense to me.  They don't have the processing equipment for our ore... we do, mostly anyway.  We will need that ore to test our processing plants before starting up full production.  Like someone said, we need to get where others are shipping us ore, not the other way around.  A PFS would make it clearer what parts of the plant can be restored and what can't... and what it requires to replace the missing "pieces."  Who owns the old mill?  What do they want for it?

Does anyone understand what the comments were about when the licensing board said that we were free to go back to work on our mine at least to year end?  How often does Stans have to come under scrutiny to keep its mining license?  I still think that some kind of taxing, royalty, or revenue sharing is needed to make the government a true ally to getting the plant up and running.  I don't see how we can get a financing partner without a BFS and this agreement with the government.  It is incredulous to me to believe that the country will allow this resource to be mined with no tax or royalty payment.  That wouldn't happen anywhere in the world... if not negotiated individually, it will be put into law for all mining projects.  We may be waiting for the latter... I think so despite the comments that it isn't required by (current) law.  We sent David to negotiate... now he says that it wasn't necessary because we can "keep it all."  I can't believe that... even given a gov't change.  Friendlier countries that are further along, they have local partnerships, royalty payments, or mining taxes...

We are told that good news is on the way... I sure hope so, but why does it take so long.  I would sure like to hear more about what is happening and what will happen soon, instead of just hearing about past accomplishments (some of which I didn't even know were in progress).  What will it cost (approximately) to get the plant running?  Ballpark estimate... Is there the potential for partial processing of soviet stockpiles of concentrate?
