The purchase of land rights in Nova Scotia by Orbite are pretty disturbing to me. According to everyone , by that time , Orbite will trade at 10$. Now Orbite decided to issue 2, 400 , 000 shares. That would make it a value of 24 $ MILLION for the land. Now you might tell me the land might be worth that much in the future or that it is a strategic location.
Why didn`t Ortbite simply tell them they would pay 5$ million once their work is done and they would excercise their options. this deal dores not economically make sence
