A little tid bit of interest in the statements..."Over the last quarter we have had numerous discussions with suppliers of both raw sand and concentrated sand to be processed at Victory Silica’s facility. Acquisition of this facility is progressing and expectations are that the acquisition should be completed before the end of the year. That being the case, we should be processing sand by the second quarter of 2013. We have received several proposals for the supply of sand and will make a decision as soon as the plant acquisition is complete."
