The general public were finally informed about the Commercial Agreement being reached.  That is nearly 2 weeks old.  I am just curious to see why it took so long, usually it only takes about a week until the throw it in some kind of NR.

I was very pleased to hear a couple weeks back that they are finally going to go full steam ahead on the Namibia where they know their is OIL.
