The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue a total of 1.9 million bonus shares in consideration of $3.5-million (Canadian) and $300,000 (U.S.) of secured non-convertible loans made to the company.

Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 149,245 common shares to be issued as a finder's fee to Portfolio Strategies Securities Inc.
