My guess is for earnings surprises coming out of this mill . There is still a risk of cost over run but as they say the largest part of that is now covered . OSK.to has over 2x the shares will produce about 350 oz gold and sells for over 9 . We have about the same or more in gold equivelent  .

Some one will eventually put the #s together and the funds will get on board .
