LOGM: cafc recently clarified the location server meaning which was a huge win for us. We currently await the courts to set some concrete dates. Expectation of court dates is 4-6 months? Think i read it somewhere??

CTXS: the case is currently stayed pending the re-examination. USPTO just yesterday maintained the patent as is. CTXS and 01 both have a chance to contest. This could take about 60 to 90 days. Judge lioi could lift the stay at anytime now as the reason for her ordering the re-examination has largely been closed.

Bomgar: partnership with WIN. First settlement for this new team. $$ not disclosed. Given 01's minimal current revenue during the next quarterly earnings we should get a good idea. Early/mid sep.

Delisting: have until roughly October to beef up assets. All channels checks indicate this is not a problem and there will be no further dillution but the market clearly disagrees.
