basically this is it- the Examiner supports his 3 years of work or renigs- we should see in the am.  The next route for Citrix is to appeal to the CAFC - chances to win there - slight- time frame- another year - will Citrix go this route- probably as it is their style to deny deny deny.  But they start to run risks that more money will pour to 01 from unexpected sources. To me this is the pentultimate decision- does the PTO stand behind their previous decision.  If the answer is YES we are in a totally different ball game.  The timing is interesting- two weeks after the CAFC- a factor- who knows.
