MNP has stated thats the last PMI shares

they will sell. They sold only 10 million shares and still own 190 MILLION shares!!! Plus they get another 50 MILLION PMI shares for FREE when Shell hits!  In otherwords, MNP/MNAP still own and or will own around 36% of PMI!!!
