The only reason Wi-lan is on a short leash is to prevent it from
running upward. Acacia wants Wi-lan but at their price level.....
I say $8 bucks in cash and shares. To offer Shareholders a 50%
premium over todays share value, would be considered fair.....
Acacia says the deal would close late March or early April, so
this could prove to be an interesting next 30 days.. Hold those
shares my friends.....The tension is building......
