I see things this way. Stornoway clearly is focused on bringing Renard to production. It has taken approximately a decade, millions upon millions of dollars, dilution, government assistance and a reverse split just to name a few things and we still are not fully funded and are 3 - 4 years away from production. SWY needs to continue it's efforts and focus on securing the balance of financing and move forward with building the mine. Qilalugaq, Pikoo and Timiskaming are exploration and non-core projects at this time. Think how long and how difficult the path has been to this point for Renard. It will be no different for these and other projects. SWY does not have the time, nor the resources or money to legitimately push these projects any time soon. Eira is familiar with Stornoway and motivated to move the projects forward. Let her do the grunt work. SWY can back in with the additional percentage should her efforts and the resource prove worth while. Lots of diamond discoveries out there folks. A very, very small amount of them can make the transition to mine. I also do not see any other majors out there interested in purchasing junior projects like Qilalugaq, Pikoo and Timiskaming at the moment. I'd like to see a return on my investment. It will happen here sooner from Renard than it would from any other Stornoway project. I do not have another decade to wait before SWY has the resources available to move the other projects forward which by then could be another decade after that before any of them are at a point where a mining decision can be made. This is assuming that the resource is there and that it is viable. I like the plan at this point. Rather than sit on that set of assets and what ponder what might possibly happen someday, let Eira run with it now, SWY keeps a percentage and an option for more open. Renard will be the next world class diamond mine with reserves that are open at depth. The mine will continue for decades it is the meat and potatoes of the business. Qilalugaq, Pikoo and Timiskaming will be the gravy if Eira can bring it to the table. I don tlike giving away anthing for free but in this case the end result could come much quicker than if it was left on its own.
My Buck or Two or the matter.
Cheers.
