The latest photos (9/5/12) seem to indicate that there is only some outdoor work to be completed....

Some piping and insulation.... for the silencer, separator, and scrubber. 

Of course we can't actually say that the pictures cover the scope or define the only work to be completed but there seems to be an effort to show side by side comparisons in the PHOTO Gallery of the work to be done and similar units completed for phase I. It's been over a month now and most of that work should be completed.

Steam should be flowing soon and mechanical completion announced!!!!!!!

Warrants expire May 19, 2014 (128 mil).... Sorry I previously stated 2013.

With COD for phase II only a couple months away, an early 2013 effort by the company to renegotiate and pay down some of the corporate debt, and announcement of of schedules for the Geysers and the bottoms units, 2013 should be a very strong year.

So we wait for news.... 

A game changer will be news on the MW sales rate....  expected to rise 15% or so,,,,
