It could just be a coincidence that Mr. Abramovich is docked in Montreal although not likely IMO.  The work that has gone on quietly in the background is what is behind the Announcement tomorrow,  the nature of the release has many possibilities simply because of the amount of work that has been done.  Let's remember the AMF CTO,  I really don't think that ORT spent all those weeks only revising the PEA.  IMO, ORT is overdue to be 'cut some slack',  shareholders are due for an awesome weekend.
