Promoter Jorge Cortes is simply that = a person in Canada who represented Villar's claims to title to the Mina Pascua Mine.  Over the past ten years, between 2002 - 2012, various parties would either come and visit Villar in Chile or Jorge in Vancouver and discover conflicting "stories" from each of them as to Title.  This included myself back between 2002 - 2004. 

The following dateline pre-dates Jorge and Villar against ABX in the United States of America.  ABX went public in 1983 through direct connections in Utah with VP Bush Sr........and his dealings with corrupt Adnan Khashoggi and former BYU President Dallin Oaks.  Brent Johnson met Paul Drockton in June, 2011 in Provo, Utah and obtained the independent evidence needed to connect Zions Bank to ABX

I had all the evidence against ABX at the ABX Bullfrog Mine, a very small operation but stil it was the second largest underground gold mine in the US when Clyde and I commenced out litigations back in 1993.  Our litigations happened at the same time Clyde and I were suing Zions First National Bank in Provo, Utah.

Clyde was being audited by the IRS in 1993 and beat them.  Clyde had been my partner in mining operations since the LDS Foundation attempted to fire him in 1985 by Don Nelson.  Nelson was fired after I got involved because I was front-page news all over the world concerning the discovery of a new gold vein at the Ladd Mountain (drilled in 1983) where Dr. Ray Dallon PhD, University of Utah geology professor signed an valuation claiming the new discovery was worth up to $660 Million.

I personally fought Kanco Stockholder/ABX INFILTRATORS. commencing in August, 1985 when Kanco had a signed contract with Merrill Lynch for 1,000 metric ton of gold in Geneva, Switzerland -- circumvented by Zions First National Bank through Kanco Board Member Fred Haydock.

The Utah Mercur Mine was owned by Getty Oil and sold to ABX in 1985.........Clyde Davis had the 1930 reports on the Mercur Mine through his friend, former US President Herbert Hoover (President Harry S. Truman set up the HOOVER COMMISSION to cut down excessive Executive Office costs.......carried on by President Dwight Eisenhower until January, 1961.
