Microchip will present at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:55 p.m. (Pacific Time).  Presenting for the Company will be Mr. J. Eric Bjornholt, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gordon Parnell, Vice President, Business Development & IR, and Mr. Nawaz Sharif, Vice President, Europe Finance.  A live webcast and replay of the presentation will be made available by Credit Suisse, and can be accessed on the Microchip website at www.microchip.com.  The replay of the webcast will be available for a period of 7 days following the presentation.
