life, it is very big news in South Korea.  There are more players involved than you can shake a stick at.

The mine's ground conditions although wet, seem stable, that's a rock mechanics plus, and the area

definitely does NOT suffer from NIMBY....

And, if you don't know NIMBY, go buy other non-mining stocks.
