Yes, not all of it, but as time goes on and I'm forced to sell something (margin call, expenses, whatever) this is the one that gets sold, much as it pains me.  I just can't see any justification for holding it when there are so many other good companies out there on sale without the baggage that VTR seems to be carrying.  In a year from now they'll be at new highs, drawing in the hot money, while VTR will be languishing in the low .50's looking for 700 million to fund construction.  Very sad...
