TA still paying almost 7%, even with recent run

so I think there is lots of room to run here.  A dividend in the 4 - 4.5% range would be more reasonable for a well run utility, which Transalta is looking more like all the time.

I am in at 15.14 and still holding, and I would rather sell closer to $17.50 than at these levels (actually, I would prefer a steady, slow climb so I can keep getting the dividend)
