The $3-4 by 2014 was based on the .30-.40 cents call by Brieger after his talking with the company a week or two ago. I based that on a 15 times earnings. So will the .30-.40 be legit? Only time will tell, but once we get a forecast from the company we should be able to get a better grasp of the numbers. And keep in mind that this is probably based on Silver at current prices. Myself I expect we will be well out of this consolidation by then and actually much sooner.
A big piece of the puzzle, the Nuestra Senora reserves report, is due out soon (perhaps this week according to Brieger). With this in hand the company will be able to make a decision on expansion. They should also be able to give out a 2013 forecast. That along with El Cajon possibly coming online later this year should see some pretty hefty growth.
A much better understanding of the complex Nuestra Senora mine will hopefully prevent similar mishaps as was seen in 2011-12.
Bottom line, you have to do your own dd to be confident of the info you see/get.
