Who knows, I started picking away today, buy when friendless and this looks like its losing friends, the RSI is 28, lowest in 3 yrs .. Looks like it broke thru a giant trendline extending back a couple yrs.  I won't buy this when everything is rosy and optimism prevades in precious metals because that's usually a top, so I have to try it this way. These precious stocks swing back and forth 30%.. to buy when everybody is grinning is often suicidal .. anyway, good luck. After I'm done buying, I'll close my eyes. ha ha..
