On Feb 27th I posted a link which showed some basic Shore Gold information including data on the top institutional holders and a summary for recent buyers/sellers. At that time, institutional shareholders held 6.9% of all shares and the recent activity was "sell" based. I commented that I felt thus was a bad omen and that these numbers were dismal.
As of today, institutional shareholders now hold 5.05% of all shares. The recent activity trend remains "sell" based. These updated numbers remain dismal! (Yet something is Brewing LMAO).
When large holders accumulate a position OR distribute their position it generally takes a very long time...during which time MM's attempt to base a shareprice so as to not create panic amongst retailers. The sp is stepped up or down but is generally held if possible.
It appears obvious that large holders are methodically distributing at this time. Not just one BUT several!!
There is zero confidence in Ken at this point.
The top holder's list and activity will be updated soon. One should expect the overall percentage of institutional holders to continue to drop AND the selling to continue.
BigM was right. Last person left, please turn out the lights. This person will most definitely be a retailer or several retailers. It always is.
Hope I'm wrong but take a look at the link and see what you see:http://markets.ft.com/Research/Markets/Tearsheets/Business-profile?s=SGF:TOR
If you don't believe me: write down the data so you can compare the same after it is updated.
