Good news - bad news

Good news:

  • PTV’s price has not tanked further with the news of the workover delay.

 

Bad news:

  • Another delay.  One week ago, PTV (i.e. Keith Hill) said that the workover will be completed in August.  One week later, PTV says that it will take another 4 weeks.  Did someone drop something down the hole?  PTV needs a (choose one or more):  better rope, better contractor, better project manager, better scheduler, to be better period.
  • No one expected PTV to complete the workovers in August.
  • Not many expect PTV to complete the workovers in September.
