One could have expected that the SP would have been moving up at least a bit on the legal ruling.  The reason is that we have a big seller hitting the bid.  Not sure who it is but I have an idea.

You can look at it 2 ways:

Glass half empty.  OMG, they know something they are dumping

Glass half full:  There are many reasons somebody sell and many of those reasons have nothing to do with the company itself.  One of them is: they need the money!  and I think that is the case.  Somebody is selling but somebody is also buying.  Despite the big seller the stock is maintaining its level and that is good news.

What I can say is I know a lot of people that are now very interested in the stock.  Several institution have expressed interest and it will not be too long before we get some analyst coverage. However, I want to make sure that everybody understand that the last item takes time and a lot of work.
