anybody here do TA and Chart based prediction? i am just dabbling in them but my  take is that pfc vacillates between here and.35 for the next while and then runs up to .40. In a coupla weeks. 

I know that the charts are indicators only and i am not a jedi master but a lowl apprentice. Any forecasts are to be taken with a huge chunk of salt, but We'll see

an NR , of course, renders all of the above irrelevant?
